Wolverine Solutions Group provides complete mailing services, either integrated in a larger project or as a stand-alone service. Our automated mailing division is an industry leader in technology, capacity and quality.    Our direct mail production division is set up in six distinct departments; Bindery, Inserting, Ink jet imaging, Intelligent inserting/statement processing, small-cell and specialty applications.   Each department is well equipped and staffed by professionals that have years of experience in handling a multitude of direct mail projects.  This allows us to produce projects from a few hundred pieces to millions of pieces with the speed and flexibility that is required in today's marketplace.  We pride ourselves in having the experience, technology and processes to service several industries including; Automotive, Health Care, Insurance, Banking,  Fund Raising, Marketing, Retail and Advertising. 

Bindery

Our bindery is equipped to handle the finishing of  personalized documents for inserting or final mail out.  We are equipped with Baum and MBO folding devices, right angles, spot glue, perfing/slitting, and gate folds.   Most of our folding units are fed with Bowe cutters or burster's roll or fanfold fed. 

Inserting

Our conventional inserting department has 28 inserting systems that range from 4 stations up to 10 stations with open feed units.  We also offer 9 X 12 automated inserting on our 14 master mailer machines.   We also offer in line metering, automated match inserting, and friction feeding custom inserts. 

Ink Jet Imaging

The Wolverine Ink Jet Imaging department is equipped with 11 systems utilizing Scitex and HP systems.  Our Scitex systems can image up to 2" of variable print at high speeds with in line drying units.  Our HP units can image up to 6"  of  variable print at a resolution of 600 DPI.  We also offer the ability to image using color inks, graphics or static information.

Intelligent Inserting

Our intelligent inserting department is equipped with 9 high speed sheet-fed input systems and one Flowmaster Jumbo intelligent inserting system.  These systems have the capability to read OMR, 3 of 9, or 2D barcodes, gather, nest fold, multiple page documents and select insert on demand. 

Small-Cell

As the name states this department handles our critical short run direct mail projects.  This allows us to offer our customers that have smaller volume campaigns the efficient processing they require along with the personal attention that is required.  Our small cell department is equipped with one or two types of primary systems to handle the complete project in one department.  We process jobs that are from a few pieces up to 2,000 in this department and complete an average of 50 jobs per day.

Card Attaching, Document Attaching, Stitching,  Label Affixing, Gluing, Stamping, Custom Design.... We have the equipment and experience to handle the creative requirements that our clients request.
